• Ensure that dressers and chest of drawers are emptied before transportation.

• All "Smalls" (items that fit in a 15”x15” box) should be packed in a box, bin or bag. If not, they may not be transported.

• If you have a TV, it must be correctly packaged in a box. If not, they may not be transported

• X-Man Delivery is not responsible for any damages caused by poorly packed boxes.

• We highly recommend packing items in boxes correctly with bubble wrap and wrapping paper.

• Furniture should be free of any clothing materials or household items.

• If there is any damage during transportation, we will cover it under the current coverage of 0.60 cents per pound. Repairs will be made if feasible.

  • Current Coverage Example:

    • *Dresser destroyed and weighs 100 pounds will be covered for a maximum of $60.

    • A scratch on a table will be Repaired by one of our furniture specialist.)

    • A caster missing on a office chair will be replaced with a like new one.

    • A broken lamp shade will be replaced with a new one.​

• For hourly Local Moves, deposits are refundable only if a cancellation has been made at least one week in advance of the scheduled moving time.

• For Long Distance Moves (50 plus miles), we require at least two weeks' notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit or, in rare cases, a moving credit for half the amount of the deposit.
